We are moving from Mesa Arizona to Mountain city Tennessee. We had Scott Farmer come out to our house in Mountain city to do a complete home inspection. Scott did a fantastic job introducing himself,explaining his method of moving thru out the house and the things he looks for. After Scott finished his inspection he took the time with us ànd walked us around the house and pointed out the few items that should be looked at. He was clear and professional on his recommended repairs and preventive maintenance. Scott did a great job on assuring us on the purchase of our retirement home !!!!!!

We had Micheal has our inspector and even though he’s from boston he did amazing! He was friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns, and he even checked some things that wasn’t required of him because we asked! They were diligent with getting us our inspection report back and took so many photos and pointed out things we never would’ve noticed! Can’t recommend them enough! Kudos!

Best place to get a home inspection. Very thorough and detailed. They take the time to go over questions and concerns you may have. I highly recommend them.
