We had the pleasure of having Danny Tate as our inspector. He was absolutely amazing, he explained everything so well and sat and talked to us for a long time! He was very kind and was super honest!!! I couldn’t say enough nice things about him. Genuinely! Also as a LGBT couple buying our first home he didn’t judge us and was open hearted with us. Which is also nice! Again, I HIGHLY recommend him!

First impressions are key!!Went to the property to find Josh Yauney, our inspector had already started the inspection. Don't know too much about home inspections, but when you pay the amount of money we did for our forever home, you want it inspected thoroughly. Man, Josh at Bentley Home Inspection Services did NOT disappoint. He took his time and inspected ever nook and kranny of our future ~ 3,500 sq ft of the house. He went over all findings, and even offered his off-duty hours, to answer any follow-on questions we may have. What a phenomenal job, and exactly the service we wanted after transplanting to Knoxville from San Diego.....I know, I know, another Californian family, but I assure you, we're the good kind 😉.
